There are two ways to bring up the filter interface. The fastest is to use the command 'shift+F'. Alternatively, pressing 'Escape' and going to settings, then scrolling to the 'Interface' section and pressing 'Shift + F | Manage Loot Filters' also works. 'Shift+F' is the easiest way to open the filter interface.
